During these unprecedented times, rSquared CRE’s primary concern is and always will be the health, welfare and safety of our employees, associates and clients. While it’s likely there will be some difficult days ahead, I remain optimistic that our collective strength, patience, kindness and resiliency will pull us through in the long run.
I want to assure you that we have taken strong steps to both protect our employees from exposure to the coronavirus, and ensure that our clients can continue using their rSquared CRE commercial real estate software- whether it’s rAbstract, rBudget or rDCF – without interruption.
While our office remains open, for the foreseeable future, we are encouraging all of our employees to work from home, and they are fully equipped and prepared to do so. This includes our development, support and professional services teams, as well as rSquared CRE marketing and operations. Many of our employees work from home regularly already, so we were well-prepared to quickly and successfully make this move.
Other precautions we’ve taken include:
- Suspending or postponing all work-related travel and event attendance.
- Continually monitoring recommendations from the WHO, CDC, and elected officials so we remain up-to-date on the latest information and safety protocols.
- Following safe social distancing and other recommendations from health experts to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus on those occasions when more than one person is in one of our offices
As has always been the case, all of our software solutions are entirely in the cloud so you can access them anytime, anywhere with only a browser and a high-speed internet connection, should you need to work remotely yourself.
If you are not currently using any of our software solutions and are having trouble accessing the software you do use, just email us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to give you a demo of any of our pure-cloud solutions, or even set you up with a free trial.
The next few weeks and maybe even months will be challenging for all of us, but I look forward to the day when life, work and the commercial real estate industry all return to normal.
