1. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DOES RSQUARED COLLECT?
Personally Identifiable Information. We obtain certain information when you provide it to us: for example, if you contact us using the form on our Website, you may provide certain information, including your name and email address. If you purchase or subscribe to goods or services using the Website or any applicable order form, you may provide us with information that includes your billing address and payment information. Some of that information can be used by rSquared to identify or contact you directly and is sometimes referred to as personally identifiable information (“PII”). You may also choose to provide certain personally identifiable information to us, including real estate data that is associated with your account, when you enter into a Software as a Service Subscription agreement with us.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. rSquared also gathers non-personally identifiable information from Users. Non-personally identifiable information is information that usually cannot by itself be used to identify a particular person or entity, and may include: the Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique device identifiers, anonymous IDs for advertising, operating system, mobile network information, browser type, existing applications, browsing activity and non-precise device location information (e.g., city or region).
2. HOW DOES RSQUARED USE INFORMATION?
We may use the personally identifiable information that you provide to respond to your contact inquiries; process your orders; provide you with services you have requested and/or customer support; communicate with you about news, events, opportunities, products, or services that may be of interest to you; allow you to take part in competitions, campaigns, promotions or surveys; and provide, develop, improve, and personalize the Website.
rSquared analyzes non-personally identifying information to help us determine how Users access parts of the Website and who our Users are. By recognizing patterns and trends in usage, rSquared is able to better design the Website to improve Users’ experiences, both in terms of content and ease of use. rSquared may use aggregated and anonymized real estate data provided pursuant to a Software as a Subscription Service Agreement to analyze trends and create metrics.
rSquared may also use the personally and non-personally identifiable information it collects to verify that its customers are complying with the named user licenses provided for under an applicable Software as a Subscription Service Agreement.
3. HOW DOES RSQUARED SHARE INFORMATION?
We may share anonymized PII and non-personally identifiable information with third parties, including but not limited to advisors, advertisers, analytics providers, and investors, for the purpose of conducting our business. rSquared uses Google Analytics to track aggregated visitor data, which does not include any personal information. We reserve the right to disclose to third parties non-personally identifiable information collected for any lawful purpose.
rSquared may disclose your information to third parties when obligated or permitted to do so by law and in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected, or actual unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person.
Finally, rSquared may transfer information, including any personally identifiable information, to a successor entity (or potential buyer) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.
We use reasonable measures to protect information from loss, theft, alteration, or misuse. However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures.
We do not knowingly collect or store personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 unless or except as permitted by law. If we are made aware that we have received personally identifiable information from someone under 13, rSquared will use reasonable efforts to remove that information from our records.

We do not permit our third-party service providers to collect information from the Website for other sites or for their own purposes other than as described in the preceding paragraph.
